The purchase of tickets can be done in two ways:

Going directly to the window at our points of sale in Chiquila and Holbox.

At the end of the purchase process, you will receive your confirmation and email ticket to the email you registered in your reservation. It is important and essential to present this confirmation and electronic ticket at the box office to exchange it for a physical ticket.

Your ticket is valid only for the selected date at any of the following times at the 9 Hermanos shipping company.
Leaving Chiquilá to Holbox: 6:00 am 7:00 am 8:00 am 9:00 am 10:00 am 11:00 am 12:00 pm 1:00 pm 2:00 pm 3:00 am 4:00 pm 5:00 pm 6:00 pm 7:00 pm 8:00 pm 9:00 pm
Last ferry to Holbox 9:00 pm
Leaving Holbox to Chiquilá: 5:00 am 6:00 am 7:00 am 8:00 am 9:00 am 10:00 am 11:00 am 12:00 pm 1:00 pm 2:00 pm 3:00 pm 4:00 pm 5:00 pm 6:00 pm 7:00 pm 8:00 pm

If for any reason you cannot travel on the date indicated on your ticket, write to info@9hermanos.com or contact us at +52 1 984 108 7514 to reschedule your trip at least 48 hours in advance.

The ticket is personal and non-transferable, it will not be valid if it has blackouts, amendments or alterations.

Additionally, we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance during high seasons as the demand for the service increases.

The provision of service will depend on the availability of space.

Cancellations

Reservations paid and made exclusively on our website that are canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time and date will be returned up to 80% of the amount paid. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before receiving the service.

Luggage
One suitcase per passenger is allowed and included in your ticket.
